  • The is the time of the year we develop the 12 to 18 years old individual in a TEAM driven environment that drives the athlete to achieve gains beyond their fitness and strength goals toward team success in the Spring season. The Winter Season starts on Monday November 18th, 2017 and officially completes the Saturday, February 17th 2017. There is a training break the week of Dec 24 – Jan 1.  
  • Our strength and conditioning curriculum is designed to develop strength, power, endurance and mobility using sport-specific strength training, ergometer training, plyometric training, core development and mobility training for significant improvement in an athlete’s mental and physical performance development toward the upcoming seasons. This program is open to competitive or recreational athlete, regardless of your sports background as no prior experience in the sport of rowing is required. Athletes interested in trying rowing season are welcome to join, as no prior experience in the sport of rowing is required as we will teach you everything. 
  • All sessions are coach lead team based fitness
  • New athletes receive a one-week free trial to get to meet our staff, tour or facilities, experience our training and make sure this is where you want to be.
  • Athletes participating in winter training will compete at the Tennessee Indoor Championships held at the end of January in Chattanooga.
  • Training is conducted at Watt Street Gym in Alcoa.
