Rowing is a very sociable sport!
We offer multiple group coached training options to get you active on Fort Loudon Lake. No previous rowing experience is needed to get started as every program offered has a intro level to teach the fundamentals. Each session is led by our nationally certified coaches using time-tested workouts that have produce some of the world’s best-conditioned athletes. Workouts are completly scaled to each athlete abilities to allow for continual fitness improvements. Programs for men and women that provide team-based training with accountability, direction and encouragement to get you into shape with a lower risk of injury. Our athletes leave each day feeling accomplished and healthier.
