ETRowing is offering Junior rowers a chance to stay fit while improving their strength and conditioning over the winter months. Training will include ergs, weights, circuits and running. Winter Conditioning is open to any athlete, regardless of athletic background and requires no rowing experience.
Sign-up is limited, so please do not sign up and take a space unless you can commit to regular attendance. Each 90min training session is limited to 30 athletes, (not including coxswains) as we do share the gym with others.
Rowers who cannot attend Winter Conditioning should discuss alternate options with their coach.
Winter Conditioning is a great time for those interested in joining us in the Winter and possibly the Spring as we are on land and are able to teach you everything at your pace. New athletes receive their FIRST WEEK FREE to meet our staff, tour or facilities, experience our style of training and make sure this is where you want to get your gains.
