Season: Begins Wednesday, August 24, 2011 and ends just after the Head of the Hooch in early November. The first practice will be held in the gym on Montvale Road.

Fees: The Fall 2011 Juniors Rowing activity fee is $630. If paid in full by check prior to September 1, the discounted fee is $600. The fee can be paid in three payments of $210 by credit card at https://www.regattacentral.com . You will need to create an account there if you don’t have one already. You may also pay by check mailed to:

Payments are due September 1, October 1 and November 1. A limited number of scholarships are available based upon need.
This year, fees do not include the registration cost or housing cost for the one out of town regatta. Several fund raising activities are being planned to help with these expenses, but parents may be responsible for a portion of the cost. Cost for athletes’ rowing apparel will also be extra and payments must be made prior to ordering.
Orders for team rowing apparel will be taken soon after the start of the season.
Regattas: We are planning to attend four regattas this Fall:
October 1 Rocky top Head Race, Oak Ridge, TN
October 15 either Hobbs Island Regatta, Huntsville, AL or Tail of the Tiger, Clemson, SC (overnight)
October 29 Secret City Head Race, Oak Ridge, TN
November 5 Head of the Hooch, Chattanooga, TN
