Corporate Team Building

Energize your office! Gather your colleagues for a team building experience that will spark creativity, collaboration, problem solving in the workplace.

Everyone wants to be on the winning team - Companies know that a successful team can produce incredible results and it is up to the company to equip their teams with what they need to succeed.  “Teamwork”, "Team Leader", and “Team Player” are terms that everyone seems to use when describing a unified work place. Unfortunately, without the proper understanding of the team framework, most team building events produce more team casualties than team building results.

East Tennessee Rowing offers a corporate team building opportunity on Fort Loudoun Lake to bring you and your team together for a day of spirited team camaraderie, while creating an experience that promotes growth and trust through teamwork. Rowing is considered the ultimate team sports that teaches athletes that while technique and strength may be enough to move a boat, it is about being part of something larger than any one individual that creates a successful team. Your team members will return to their jobs invigorated and with a new understanding of and commitment to the value of pulling together.

Each Corporate Team Building experience includes a catered breakfast with land and water based activities to get you introduced to the sport of rowing by highly trained coaches. Add-ons include lunch, t-shirts, happy hour, and more.

We offer different unique packages to fit your needs. — absolutely no rowing knowledge or ability is required!
